the BOX is our boundaries

and sometimes our walls.

layers or walls can form around this safety box if we are in a mode of protection

or are becoming

hardened

the lungs

are like a flower

opening and closing, blooming with

WARMTH + SAFETY

i see LUNGS .

THE BREATH as directly connected to LIFE - breath is life ꩜

breathing into the full capacity of the lungs ~

contraction and expansion . as with a flower 𑁋

breathing IN and OUT in order to grow, and with the right conditions 𑁋

may also BLOOM .

fuller breaths allow for more felt safety in the body.

and with the right conditions 𑁋

we can also BLOOM.

i also see the flower as connected to roots . soil . earth .

without these foundations , the flower ceases to exist .

our wholeness ceases to exist without the breath 𑁋

as breath is the source of LIFE .
